Email Marketing for Higher Education

Embarking on a new journey is one of the most pivotal moments in a person's life, especially for students stepping into higher education. Recently, I had the privilege of partnering with a leading Swiss University to enhance their email marketing strategy, focusing on the transformative journey that prospective students experience as they decide on their educational future.
This project brought back memories of my own university selection process—a time filled with insecurity and confusion. I was curious about numerous subjects but lacked a clear passion, which led me to choose Engineering at Polytechnic of Turin without truly knowing what to expect. This uncertainty and exploration resonated deeply as I suggested working on developing a more supportive, engaging funnel for the students, ensuring they feel both informed and inspired during their decision-making process.
Working on this initiative reminded me of the profound impact we can have when we connect on a human level. It was a beautiful blend of strategy and empathy, requiring creativity and fresh perspectives. This project reaffirmed my belief that no matter the sector, in both B2B and B2C landscapes, bringing innovation and heart can lead to transformative results.
