CRISIS COMMUNICATION (France)
Devised a comprehensive Crisis Communication Plan for a client, to proactively navigate crises from a communication point of view. This plan meticulously delineates the roles of the Crisis Communications Team, and thoroughly elucidates the communication process, from identifying key stakeholders to determining suitable communication materials and channels.
Additionally, it encompasses an extensive repertoire of holding statements and message templates, serving as a valuable reference during crisis scenarios.

Worked on a buyer persona project involving creating detailed, research-based profiles of potential customers for one of my clients, taking into account demographics, behavior patterns, motivations, and goals.

Facilitated stakeholder collaboration, devised a strategic booth promotion plan, and created an engaging LinkedIn calendar and press releases to captivate key industry players and prospective clients.

CORPORATE WEBSITE (Italy)
Spearheaded the content strategy and copywriting for a corporate website relaunch. In collaboration with the client's communication agency, the website was revamped into a visually engaging platform that marries aesthetics with functionality. Content was meticulously revised and enriched to align with the client’s audience needs.
An unconventional H2H approach was adopted to underscore the human impact of the client's high-tech services despite the applications within the B2B sector.

Spearheaded the creation of comprehensive branding guidelines for a client, encompassing elements such as Brand Story, Logo Usage, Color Palette, Typography, Imagery Style, Voice and Tone, Brand Messaging, Stationery, Marketing Collateral, and Corporate Presentation.
These guidelines were designed to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. -
EUROPEAN COATINGS SHOW 2023 (Nuremberg, Germany)
Provided complete project oversight, coordinated with the stand builder and communication agency, supported booth design, executed comprehensive event promotion both online and offline, and assisted my client during the initial follow-up phase after the conclusion of the event.

Led the strategic revision of a comprehensive corporate code of conduct, encapsulating company culture and values into a cohesive document. EMAIL MARKETING FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (Switzerland)
In a consultancy project with a prestigious Swiss University, I focused on refining and enhancing the effectiveness of email marketing strategies for their undergraduate recruitment efforts. The focus was on auditing existing communication processes and developing a strategic approach to boost prospective students’ engagement.
This involved a comprehensive review of email campaigns to identify overarching challenges and potential areas for improvement. The goal was to create a more dynamic and effective communication strategy that aligns with prospective students' expectations and enhances engagement.
By leveraging insights from stakeholder feedback and industry best practices, the project sought to optimize email content, improve technical execution, and ensure a cohesive visual identity. This initiative laid the groundwork for a more effective email marketing strategy that supports the university's broader recruitment objectives.

The project involved the development of a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy centered around Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).
Key deliverables included the design and creation of a professional and user-friendly website featuring essential pages such as Home, About, Services, and a dedicated blog section.
A unique corporate identity was also developed to reflect the vision and commitment to D&I, incorporating a customized logo, a cohesive color palette, and tailored branding elements.
Additionally, all content and messaging were designed to authentically represent the values of inclusion and equity.
